Candidate Submittal for Staffing Agency Users

Candidate Submittal

 

There are two ways of submitting a Candidate

  1. Job listing screen: Hover over the action items on the right side and click on Submit Candidate
  2. Job Details: Double click on the job that you would like to submit a Candidate for and click on the Submittals tab. Hover over the action items and click on Submit Candidate

Submittal Profile and Submittal Documents

  • After selecting the right candidate, the system will prompt you to fill out the Submittal Profile
  • Fields that are required will be marked with a red asterisk and will have to be completed to proceed
  • Submittal Documents that are required at the time of submission will be listed on the screen following the profile requirements
  • If the candidate has been submitted through Triage Plus before, some of their required documents may have a black document icon next to them. This means that there is a document already uploaded that can be reassociated if it still meets the requirement. 
  • After agreeing to the disclosure, you will be able to finalize the submittal
  • At any point throughout the submittal process you will be able to click on Save as Draft and complete the submittal at a later time
  • After the submittal is completed, it will be visible under the Submittal menu tab or within the job details under the Submittal History tab


Updating a Candidate Submittal


If a submission profile needs to be updated due to error, navigate to the submission screen to edit the submissions. Some submissions may be marked “Action Required” to indicate a submission issue that needs to be updated.

  • Hover over the action items on the right ellipsis and click “Update Profile”


  • Select the green document icon of the item(s) that need to be updated

  • Select the blue “+Choose” icon and select the new document from your file folder pop up

    • You may also drag and drop the new document upload.
  • The newly uploaded document will be checked off on the left

  • Deselect the document that needs to be removed, and click “Associate and Save”

  • Click “Update Submittal profile” to complete the process.

If candidate submittal details are incorrect (i.e. phone number, email address, etc.) and needs to be updated in the profile:

  • Navigate to the candidate tab on the top navigation bar
  • Double click to select the candidate that needs to be updated.
  • Change any details that require update and click save at the bottom of the screen.
  • Navigate to the Submittals tab on the top navigation bar.
  • Hover over the action items on the right ellipsis and click “Update Profile” (image in above above section)
  • Click “Update Submittal profile” to complete the process.
