On your job board you will be able to review the current job postings and submit your competent candidates. Advanced and Quick Filters along with the Column configurations will help you to customize the listing screen to your needs.
My Jobs and All Jobs
In the top right corner of your screen, you can select if you would like to view My Jobs or All jobs.
- My Jobs – can show a user specific job list based on preferences that were set by the VMS user
- All Jobs – shows all jobs that are currently available in the system
Featured Jobs
In the top left corner of your listing screen, you can switch to Featured Job view. You will be able to set and save custom criteria’s that can be applied to your screen.
Job Details
Job details can be viewed by double clicking on the line item or by hovering over the action items and clicking on View Job Details.
4 tabs will be available within the Job Details
- Job Details – will list all information about the job
- Submittals – users can submit candidates from this tab
- Submittal history – lists all candidates who have been submitted to this job
- Documents – additional documentation that was provided by the VMS or the Client
