Managing Submissions for Client Users

After the job has been posted the agency users will be able to submit their candidates. These submissions will be listed the Submissions tab.

On your Submittal Listing screen you will be able to review and manage your submissions. Advanced and Quick Filters along with the Column configurations will help you to customize the listing screen to your needs.

Communicating via Notes with other Users

Click on the conversation icon under the Note column and type in your note. The note will be visible for all users and user types (Client, VMS, Agency). When you see a red bubble with a number, it indicates that you have new notes to review.

Submittal Profile

A PDF version of the Submittal Profile will be available by clicking on the PDF icon under the Profile column. User can download this document by clicking on the download icon in the pop-up submittal profile window.

Submittal Status Management

You can manage the Candidate’s submittal statuses by clicking on the dropdown under the status column on your screen.

The following statuses will be available when the Candidate is in a Submitted status:

• Declined – the submission is rejected
• Interviewing - when the candidate is going through the interviewing process
• Offered – the job has been offered to the candidate
• Pending Review
• Qualified - could be used to prescreen candidates for interview
• Withdrawn by VMS

Additional statuses created by the VMS will be also listed in the dropdown.

After the desired job status has been selected, users will have to click Save on the right side or under the action items.
