Mobile App Overview

Home Dashboard


  • After logging in, users will be directed to the home screen dashboard. All reports are clickable and will lead user to that portion of the app. 
  • The sidebar menu can be accessed on the upper lefthand side (red), which will include additional app. navigation, settings, preferences, and user log out.
  • Notifications and notification preferences can be accessed on the upper righthand side (green).

Jobs

  • User can navigate to the jobs dashboard to view requisitions.
  • Preselected filters are set when initially navigating to the jobs, which includes the status set to "open" and the posted date within the last 7 days.
  • Filters can be added, adjusted, or removed using the filter settings on the bottom right corner (blue)
  • The sort by default is set to start date, and can be adjusted by selecting the sort feature in the top right corner (red).
  • To view further job details, select a job to open.
    • This includes job details and previous submissions to the job.
  • Selecting a job will open the job details page
  • Submissions to each job can be viewed from the submission tab (red)
    • The submissions tab will have options to view the detailed submission by selecting, view the profile, leave notes, and change submittal status

Submissions


  • Users can navigate to the submission dashboard to view submissions
  • Preselected filters are set when initially navigating to the submissions, which includes the submission statuses "interviewing, offer accepted, offer rejected, offered, and submitted"
  • Filters can be added, adjusted, or removed using the filter settings on the bottom right corner (blue).
  • The sort by default is set to submitted date, and can be adjusted by selecting the sort feature in the top right corner (red).
  • Selecting a submission will open the submission details page
  • The profile can be viewed by selecting the profile button (red)
  • Notes can be added to the submission from either chat buttons (blue)
  • The submittal status can be changed by selecting the current status indicator (green)

Assignments & Compliance


  • Users can navigate to the assignments dashboard to view assignments and compliance
  • There are three tabs available to view - active, booked, and extensions due
  • Selecting an assignment will open the assignment details and the ability to view the associated confirmations
  • Selecting the compliance percentage chart will open the associated compliance file details page (below)


  • The compliance detail page has several tabs to navigate - missing, review, expiring, and all compliance items
  • To view an individual compliance document, select the document icon (red)
  • To change a compliance items status you may select the status (green)
  • To view or add notes, you may select several of the note features (blue)
    • The general chat can be accessed in the top right corner
    • Agency left notes on individual documents can be visible on the agency note icon
    • To add, edit, or review a note on an individual document, select the VMS/Client note
  • The expiration date can be viewed next to the calendar icon. N/A means there is no applicable expiration
