Managing Assignments for Staffing Agency Users

Candidate assignments and extensions can be viewed from book status to completed status under the Assignments board.   

Your Assignments listing screen contains the following tabs:

• All: lists all assignments regardless of their status
• Active: lists all Candidates who have started their assignment and currently are in an active status
• Booked: lists all Candidates who are in a Booked status, they have not started their assignment yet
• Early Term: lists all Candidates who have been terminated prior to their assignment end date
• Cancelled: lists all Candidates whose assignment has been Cancelled before the start date
• Extensions Due: lists all Candidates whose assignment will be ending soon, and they can be eligible for an extension
• Completed: lists all Candidates who have Completed their assignments.
