Listing Screen Configurations for Client Users

On the Job, Submission, Compliance, Assignments and Reports listing screens you will be able to configure your visible columns and their display order. Configuring your columns will help you focus on the data that is important to you. These settings will only affect your user’s perspective.


Columns

On the listing screens you can customize the list of columns you see by clicking on the icon in the right side of your screen. After selecting/de-selecting the columns, click on Apply & Save. Column names that have a lock instead of a check mark cannot be de-selected.

 

The order of the columns can be changed by grabbing and dropping them in the desired location. When you change the order of your columns, always click on Apply&Save under the column + icon.

 

Columns that show data displayed in blue are also hyperlinks and will take you to the related area in the system.
